Warranty Policy

Colinkom Business Solutions' warranty is limited to the product only, and no labor costs are covered. If a part is found to be defective, we will make every effort to provide a replacement; if unavailable, a refund for the total sale amount will be issued. Reorders before return require payment for the replacement part, with a refund processed upon the return of the initial order. Please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursed. Detailed explanations for returns are required for efficient processing.

Shipping amounts may be withheld from the refund. Colinkom Business Solutions is not responsible for items that are not taken into possession by the customer at the provided address.

Items ordered for 'testing purposes only' or ordered incorrectly are non-returnable. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment for acceptance. It is important to note that exceptions to the 30-day standard warranty.

Our return policy specifies that modified or tested items, those not in the original condition, or not matching markings will not be eligible for a refund. All problems must be reported in writing via mail, email, or fax. Damaged or incorrect parts must be reported to our customer service, and the return process requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customers must provide a return tracking number within 7 business days of RMA receipt. The return address will be provided upon contact. Returned items will be thoroughly inspected, and refunds or replacements will be issued upon approval.
